We have an exciting opportunity to join one of our European Insites™ on a permanent basis based in Zwijndrecht, Holland (around an hour from Amsterdam & just outside Rotterdam).  This is not considered to be a commutable role and interested parties should be prepared to move to Holland.

 

The Insite™ is part of the Kerry Ingredients Group with whom we have a European wide contract including multiple Insites throughout Ireland, United Kingdom and wider Europe

 

As an Insite™ Manager you will be responsible for the overall efficient operation and development of the stores. This requires you to be operationally empathetic whilst also looking for commercially beneficial value-added for the customer.

 

This is a great opportunity for an existing Insite Manager, BBM, or Sales Office Manager to do something different, experience life in a vibrant and diverse country.  Holland has a rich cultural tradition and prides itself on its work-life balance When you think of Holland think windmills, canals, tulips, cheese and of course the famous Dutch Masters. It’s also a gateway to wider Europe and a great base to explore from.  English is spoken as a 2nd language with circa 90% of Dutch proficient.

 

Commercially orientated, you will develop relationships with relevant stakeholders including engineering managers, procurement managers and facilities managers whilst also identifying and executing opportunities for revenue growth and margin improvement. 

 

Key Responsibilities:

 

• Responsible for manning/issuing/receiving parts from stores

  • Effective overall management of the stores – accuracy, availability, development
  • Day-to-day quotations/ orders. Using both Rubix and customer systems (SAP)

• Attendance at daily/weekly production and engineering meetings to understand priorities

• Development and Implementation of agreed stores management services and processes

• Maintaining and use of both Rubix and customer systems

• Consistent delivery of agreed levels of customer service, against the formal agreement,

• Ensure a clear understanding of stores management processes

• Work with site teams to identify and provide value creation opportunities
