As a Inside Sales Representative you will be a pivotal part of the team (based onsite) and its success so get ready to be in demand.

We have an exciting opportunity to join one of our Insite's and are looking for an ambitious and dynamic person to support the Insite Manager to develop the business by capitalising on every profitable sales opportunity whilst ensuring good customer care working practices are maintained and the customer’s expectations are exceeded whenever possible.
Key Responsibilities:
* Support the Insite Manager in sourcing (Stock/Non Stock) items in line with the customer’s requirements and demands.
* Supporting consistent delivery of agreed levels of customer service.
* Develop and execute sales strategies to meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets
* Delivering unit cost reduction savings against previous suppliers and OEM.
* Supporting other team members and customers with enquiries and problems.
* Arrange site visits with preferred supply partners to help us identify and assist with all value added activities.
* A proactive approach, looking for sales opportunities around site leasing with all departments.
* Build and maintain relationships with existing customers to identify and capitalize on new sales opportunities
Key Skills:
* Ability to build strong relationships with customers and colleagues
* Self driven and motivated to see each assigned task through to the end.
* Worked in a similar role and able to demonstrate transferable skills.

We may share your personal data with Credit Reference Agencies for the purposes of credit risk assessment and they will give us information about you, such as your financial history. We do this to assess creditworthiness, check your identity, manage your account, trace and recover debts and prevent criminal activity. We may also continue to exchange information about you with Credit Reference Agencies on an ongoing basis, including about your settled accounts and any debts not fully paid on time. Credit Reference Agencies may share the data with other organisations for the purposes of credit risk assessment and to prevent criminal activity.

We may need to share your personal data within the Rubix Group. As we are outside the European Economic Area (EEA) this involves transferring your data into as well as outside the EEA.
We ensure your personal data is protected by requiring all our group companies to which we will share your personal data to follow the same rules when processing your personal data.
As we and some of our external third parties are based outside the EEA processing of your personal data will involve a transfer of data outside the EEA.
Whenever we transfer your personal data, we ensure a similar degree of protection is afforded to it by ensuring at least one of the following safeguards is implemented:

We have put in place appropriate security measures to prevent your personal data from being accidentally lost, used or accessed in an unauthorised way, altered or disclosed. LAWFUL BASIS
Legitimate Interest means the interest of our business in conducting and managing our business to enable us to give you the best service/product and the best and most secure experience. We make sure we consider and balance any potential impact on you (both positive and negative) and your rights before we process your personal data for our legitimate interests.
